SHIPPING AND HANDLING
We strive to ship all orders within 24 hours. Please allow 48 hours to be safe.
We offer free shipping revolving around major holidays such as Valentines Day, April Annual Spring Sale, Mothers Day, Memorial Day, July 4, August’s Annual Summer Sale, Labor Day, October’s Annual Fall Sale, Birthday Month for Blog Subscribers, Secretaries Day, Grandparents Day, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and Christmas And New Years during the Month of December, and January’s Annual Winter Sale.
All other times of the year we have a flat priority mail shipping rate of $5.00 within the US and Canada. Shipping outside these areas will be determined at checkout. We try to keep shipping costs as a minimum for everyone.
If you would like a different shipping method at an additional cost please let us know.
CUSTOM SIZE AND COLOR
We welcome all custom orders and design services.
We provide custom orders at your request. If you see something you like and want a different color or size most times there will be no additional cost. Please be advised that custom colors and sizes will require time to fulfill and an estimated time of delivery will be communicated at the time of order. We strive to have orders completed for custom colors and sizes within 48 hours but it may take longer at times depending on our workload. Please be advised that custom orders may vary slightly in price at our discretion depending on cost of materials.
CUSTOM DESIGNS:
If you would like something custom designed we will communicate an estimate and we will require a 50% down payment at the time of ordering with the rest due at shipping.
WHOLESALE ORDERS:
Please contact us and we will be happy to work with you. All wholesale accounts require full payment at time of ordering. We require a valid Tax Identification number.
GUARANTEE
We guarantee all of products. Please contact us if there is a problem with your order and we will be happy to replace it or offer a refund upon return of the item(s) minus a shipping fee.
